Food poisoning and restarting
Yesterday Ingolf had some food poisoning, puking on the side of the road. We got him a hotel room in dodge city and gave him some rest and enough liquids and food to help him pass his ailment. Thanks Heidi and Erick for reacting quickly.
He’s now been back on his bike an hour ago and is going steady.
